PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Associate of the Firm in the tax area in the Mexico City office since 2014. His professional practice is developed in areas of planning, consulting and national and international tax strategy, including tax aspects in corporate reorganizations, investment structures, advice and estate planning for individuals, transfer pricing, authorized donors, among others. His clients are involved in diverse sectors such as mining, automotive, pharmaceutical, chemical and petrochemical, shipping, manufacturing, transportation, energy, commercial focused on retail, real estate, technology services, among others.
Before joining the Firm, he worked in the tax area for important law firms, where he worked in corporate and tax consulting, tax litigation and taxpayer defense.
ASSOCIATIONS
He is an active member of the Mexican Bar Association (Barra Mexicana Colegio de Abogados, A.C.) and the Centro Empresarial de la Ciudad de México (COPARMEX).
