PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Antón specializes in Corporate, Real Estate, and Contract Law. His practice is focused on Mergers and Acquisitions, corporate restructurings, joint ventures, foreign investment, corporate legal maintenance, contract law, as well as corporate and commercial matters in general.
He has extensive experience in coordinating corporate and real estate due diligence, as well as representing national and international clients in cross-border negotiations and the drafting of a wide spectrum of civil and commercial contracts.
From a real estate perspective, he actively provides advice on the structuring, restructuring and control of trusts, and on the sale and lease of real estate of all kinds.
