LEX MUNDI PUBLISHES ITS CLIMATE CHANGE GLOBAL GUIDE.

On 11 February 2020, LexMundi published its Climate Change Global Guide in which our partner Juan Carlos Serra and our lawyers Ricardo Evangelista and Mariana Arrieta participated.

The aforementioned Guide is a global comparison of the regulations in matters of climate change and greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, in topics such as:

• GHG Emission Trading Schemes,
• Boost to renewable energies as mitigation measure for GHG emissions,
• Energy efficiency,
• Financial schemes for the development of renewable energies, among others.

In the preparation of this Guide, 30 different law firms from different jurisdictions were involved and it will be regularly updated with the regulatory and policy changes and responses coming in each participating jurisdiction.
